Martin County, Florida - Residential Market Report through November 2009
As expected, Residential (single family homes and town homes) absorption rates have crept up a little due to seasonal fluctuations. We expect this trend to continue for the next few months as the inventory will increase in late December and early January.

Martin County, Treasure Coast of Florida Foreclosures in Martin County were down in November compared to October while the rest of the Treasure Coast saw increases in foreclosure rates. Martin County had only 252 for November compared to 312 in October
